Change of Mind: As our fine art prints are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please measure your space carefully before ordering.
Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Damages: Please inspect your print immediately upon arrival. If your print has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the print so we can arrange a replacement.
Processing Time: All prints are made to order in Melbourne. Please allow 5-7 business days for printing and quality control before dispatch.
Packaging: Prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty protective mailing tubes.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
