Drones

DJI Mavic 3 Pro

Triple-camera flagship

My primary camera for all fine art work. The Hasselblad 4/3 CMOS sensor delivers the resolution and dynamic range needed for large-format printing. The triple-lens system gives flexibility without changing equipment mid-flight.

DJI Mini 5 Pro

Sub-249g workhorse

The go-everywhere drone. Under 249g means no registration required in many locations and significantly less CASA paperwork. I use this for scouting shots and locations where the Mavic 3 Pro is overkill.

DJI Avata 360 FPV

Cinewhoop FPV

For immersive, close-proximity filming where standard camera drones can't operate safely. The 360 audio and stabilised 4K footage creates a completely different type of content from the standard aerial perspective.

DJI NEO

Palm-launch vlogging

Ultralight at 135g. Launches from your palm without a controller. I use this for quick location documentation and social media content where I don't want to set up the full kit.

Cameras

Insta360 X5

360° action camera

The best 360 camera available. I mount this on the Avata 360 for fully immersive aerial footage. The active HDR mode handles the exposure challenges of flying into sun or looking down at bright surfaces.

Accessories

OneMo Tactical Backpack

Field carry system

Fits the Mavic 3 Pro, two additional drones, batteries, ND filters, and charging equipment in a TSA-friendly format. The quick-access top pocket gets the Mini 5 Pro airborne in under 90 seconds.

Ugreen Nexode Pro Power Bank

160W GaN charger

Charges all DJI batteries simultaneously in the field. The 160W output means Mavic 3 Pro batteries go from flat to full in about 60 minutes. Essential for all-day shoot days.

Professional ND Filter Set

Graduated ND for video

ND4/8/16/64 set for the Mavic 3 Pro. Proper motion blur in video requires matching shutter speed to frame rate — impossible in bright conditions without ND. I shoot 4K/60 at ND16 most sunny days.
