Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All prints are made to order in Melbourne. Please allow 5–7 business days for printing and quality control before dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your print ships.
Packaging
Prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper, protected with foam end-caps, and shipped in heavy-duty crush-resistant mailing tubes. The packaging is designed to survive standard courier handling without damage.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. All shipments are sent via tracked courier services.
Australia
Standard delivery to metropolitan areas: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take up to 7 business days. Free shipping on all Australian orders.
International
Worldwide shipping is available. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Transit Damage
In the rare event of transit damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the print. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
